They cannot be combined and must be used individually. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of significant errors.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

If there is more than {selectedRefundTime} until the experience, you can rebook by contacting the provider directly. However, some experiences have special rebooking rules—for example, for overnight stays and experiences that require extensive preparation—so there may be a few exceptions. This will be specified under “Rules and Safety” on the experience’s product page.

If there is less than {selectedRefundTime} until the experience, it cannot be rescheduled. Please note that experiences often involve preparations that entail expenses that must be covered, and therefore you cannot receive a refund for the experience.

On the day of the event: If something unforeseen comes up immediately before or on the day of the event (e.g., illness), please contact the event coordinator so they know you won’t be attending after all. You’ll find the contact information in your booking confirmation. Alternatively, you’re generally welcome to give your ticket to someone else.

Weather Conditions

Safety and a pleasant experience are our top priorities. For this reason, weather conditions may sometimes make it impossible to hold the event. Should this happen, the event coordinator will contact you so that you can work together to find a new date.

If the event organizers decide to cancel

Our experience coordinators will, of course, do everything they can to ensure that you can go out and enjoy the experience. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise—such as illness, road conditions, and the like—where we have no choice but to cancel. Should this happen, you will be contacted by the person in charge by phone or text message, and then by email.

If the experience organizer chooses to cancel due to insufficient sign-ups, planning errors, or similar reasons, the cancellation must be made no later than 5 days before the start of the experience. Regardless of when the cancellation occurs, alternative booking dates must be available; if they are not, you are entitled to a refund for your experience.

If an event is canceled or if you have any questions about it, please feel free to contact us at any time.

In the event of changes to the sailing schedule:

We reserve the right to change the vessel or adjust the time and route if necessary. In the event of significant changes, you will be offered a refund or a rebooking.
